The SPRINT GEARS Pinasco gears are complete with shims and can be mounted on all Pinasco or Piaggio variator wheel hubs. After producing the Variator Gear Box for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco has developed a series of high-strength steel gear kits with various ratios for all "Ciao" enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Track or Tourism. Made of specific alloy steel for gears, the new SPRINT GEARS Pinasco are extremely resistant and silent, the main pinion has a helical profile to eliminate the axial oscillation of the clutch shaft (a component of the forces in play "pulls" the shaft inwards) always ensuring the correct alignment of the half-pulleys even in the most demanding use. The SPRINT GEARS Pinasco gears, complete with shims, can also be mounted on all original Piaggio variator wheel hubs.
