The forging process increases mechanical resistance and elasticity, the forged bell is worked entirely by numerical control by removing excess material and shaping the piece, an innovation by Pinasco in the field of Vespa Classic clutches. In the new Pinasco forged clutch, the disc support grooves have been thickened for greater resistance to wear and the reinforcement ring has been obtained in the bell entirely by forging, all from a single piece without welding. The Pinasco Power Clutch kit includes all the Pinasco components dedicated to Vespa Large Frame clutches in a single and complete kit that is 100% interchangeable with the original. The Pinasco Power Clutch kit includes reinforced Spring Force springs with perforated cups, the special Clutch Slider bearing and the Ring Clutch clutch basket, and specific cork discs are added to provide a complete product ready to be easily installed.
