POLINI 58 EVOLUTION 2 KIT FOR VESPA 125 PRIMAVERA ET3 RACE AND WIN The Polini Evolution 2 kit was created for track competitions in the Vespa Classic 135cc category. A particular feature of this cylinder is the assembly designed to work both in the original position and in the classic turned version often used in track races. This position facilitates the development and assembly of the muffler. The engine acquires more power at every rpm. The "Evolution 2" kit with rotary valve intake can be mounted on all types of Vespa 125 with a crankshaft of the same size as the original. A Polini crankshaft code 210.0033 is also available with a connecting rod machined from solid, advanced and balanced to be mounted maintaining the original 51mm stroke. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS The cylinder is cast in aluminum, with a bore of 58mm. for a displacement of 135cc. The barrel with a Nickel-Silicon coating improves piston sliding, wear and abrasion resistance. Very "racing" distribution diagram. Six transfer ports. The forged piston is equipped with two chromed S10 cast iron segments. The head is cast in a single piece and to increase heat dissipation additional fins have been created under the head plane. The compression ratio has been designed to obtain maximum performance.
