The SPRINT GEARS Pinasco gears are complete with shims and can be mounted in all Pinasco or Piaggio variator wheel hubs. After producing the Variator Gear Box for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco has developed a series of high-resistance steel gear kits with various ratios for all "Ciao" enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Track or Tourism. Made of specific alloy steel for gears, the new Pinasco SPRINT GEARS are extremely resistant and silent, the main pinion has a helical profile to eliminate the axial oscillation of the clutch shaft (a component of the forces involved "pulls" towards the inside the shaft) always guaranteeing the correct alignment of the half-pulleys even in the most demanding use.
