The continuous increase in performance of Vespa Classic engines requires the development of new components, among these, the new Pinasco Power Clutch 2.0 clutch with 6 springs and a CNC-worked forged bell. The forging process increases mechanical resistance and elasticity, the forged bell is entirely machined with numerical control, removing excess material and shaping the piece, an innovation by Pinasco in the field of Vespa Classic clutches. In the new Pinasco forged clutch, the disc support edges have been thickened for greater wear resistance and the reinforcement ring has been obtained in the bell entirely by forging, all from a single piece without welding. The Pinasco Ring Clutch 6/7 spring basket is reinforced with a special steel ring carefully welded onto the external petals of the clutch, the disc edges are tempered and then burnished.
