The continuous increase in performance of Vespa Classic engines requires the development of new components, among these, the new Pinasco Power Clutch 2.0 clutch with 6 springs and CNC-worked forged bell. The forging process increases mechanical resistance and elasticity, the forged bell is worked entirely by numerical control by removing excess material and shaping the piece, an innovation by Pinasco in the field of Vespa Classic clutches. In the new Pinasco forged clutch, the disc support grooves have been thickened for greater resistance to wear and the reinforcement ring has been obtained in the bell entirely by forging, all from a single piece without welding. The Pinasco Light Clutch kit contains: reinforced and tempered basket, dedicated cork and steel discs, reinforced springs with perforated cups.
