Description
After having created the front drum for Vespa 8", Pinasco completes the product range with the rear drum in steel machined from solid. Compared to traditional cast brake drums, the Pinasco brake drum is made with numerically controlled machines using the best turned steels. Thanks to the exclusive design and torsional rigidity it guarantees a considerable increase in braking power, the perimeter grooves increase heat dissipation, the milling on the wheel support surface instead decrease the contact surface and therefore the transmission of heat to the rim, the main cause of punctures. These technical solutions make the Pinasco drum a high-tech product, reliable and recommended for safe travel.
