The kit includes: cylinder unit, crankshaft & muffler; does not require any special mechanical work such as boring or connecting the crankcases or moving the stud bolts, for correct installation. "Plug and play" assembly is guaranteed! Some Features of the Pinasco 206cc kit? The cylinder, without sleeve, is in Nikasil aluminum, 7 transfers, 66mm bore, piston with 2 1mm segments, concentric recessed head with 8 fixing studs (4 standard + 4 additional). The crankshaft is a generous dedicated Pinasco, 60mm stroke and 127mm connecting rod, designed specifically for the kit and able to absorb stresses in the best possible way, giving your Vespa unparalleled reliability and driving comfort. Roller cage included! The muffler is the well-tested Pinasco Touring, already used in the 251cc kit, able to match perfectly with the exhaust of the thermal unit, recalculated and large. It can be mounted either using the classic Vespa PX valve intake or, for the most demanding and "racing" customers, it can be easily transformed into a kit with reed valve intake to the cylinder thanks to the special manifold (not included). Gaskets and screws for correct assembly included! The performance is very respectable, but what is most impressive is the torque developed by the engine and the total absence of vibrations.
