Semi-synthetic engine oil, Motul Classic Nineties 10W-30 is formulated with modern technology detergent additives that are perfectly adapted to the requirements of vintage engines (original or rebuilt), able to offer protection even during prolonged periods of inactivity. To adapt to the advanced engine technologies of the time, the product is formulated with high levels of Zinc (ZDDP content is around 1800 ppm) and Molybdenum (Moly) to balance protection and performance in naturally aspirated or turbocharged engines of that period. Its unique formulation is reinforced with a synthetic base to provide excellent cold flow properties to prevent engine wear at start-up. Motul Classic Nineties 10W-30 has a modern formulation adapted to the needs of vintage engines using an oxidation-resistant synthetic base that allows to maintain stable viscosity and oil pressure as well as generating an extra oil film resistant to high temperatures.
