Clutch disc set kit with springs POLINI 230.0019 for YAMAHA 500 T-MAX from 2001 to 2012

Applications: YAMAHA: T MAX 500 Carburetor (01/03) - T MAX 500 Injection (04/07) - T MAX 500 Injection (08/11) The clutch kit is made up of discs with metal support and the lining is made of friction material formulated after many tests to best adapt to the characteristics of the TMax scooter. It is made up of a mix of new fibres capable of transmitting all the engine power while withstanding the highest operating temperatures without ever failing. To give even more grit to the scooter, the kit is supplied with two different sets of clutch contrast springs available in two different loads easily recognisable by their colour: white-zinc plated and yellow-zinc plated. This is a kit designed to improve and optimise the performance of the clutch attachment and increase the number of engine rpm engagement. White-zinc coloured springs: clutch connection 3000 rpm, clutch sliding 5500 rpm. Yellow-zinc coloured springs: clutch connection 3200 rpm, clutch sliding 5800 rpm. The Polini clutch kit ensures better power delivery at every rpm, burning starts and acceleration without penalising the clutch modulation. It offers constant optimisation of the transmission even when the clutch is subjected to long and heavy stresses.
