Pinasco has created a control unit that transforms engines with points ignition into engines with electronic ignition without having to replace the original components. By eliminating the capacitor and connecting the control unit in parallel with the original high voltage coil, it is possible to perform the transformation without invasive changes to the engine or electrical system; the points are not removed, they become the pick-up signal. Pinasco has created 2 models, Yellow for Vespa 50-125-150 up to 180SS, Black for Moped models.
