This problem is particularly severe in GDI engines because, unlike PFI systems, in this configuration the injectors are located directly in the combustion chamber. Working in high temperature conditions, in close contact with the burnt gases, they are therefore more subject to the accumulation of carbon residues that compromise their regular operation. Deposits can also cause valves to stick, thus altering the correct fuel/air ratio and therefore combustion efficiency. When the fuel system gets dirty, not only does the engine performance decrease in terms of driveability and response, but there is also higher consumption and particulate emissions. SOLUTION Top Gasoline EVO contains a special package of detergent and dispersant substances that allow deposits to be effectively removed from the first treatment, restoring the regular supply of fuel to the combustion chamber and consequently the energy efficiency of the engine. Its use, continuous or periodic, allows the fuel system to be kept clean, preventing the accumulation of dirt on injectors, manifolds, ducts and intake valves, thus avoiding the progressive decline in engine performance. Thanks also to its anti-friction additive, it allows an improvement in performance in terms of power, fuel economy and reduced emissions. Its particular formulation gives the fuel greater stability and inhibits its aging, thus avoiding the accumulation of oxidation residues in the tank and on the filter. At the same time, it protects all parts of the system from rust and corrosion, counteracting the harmful effects caused by any small quantities of water present. USE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE One 250 ml pack treats approximately 50-60 litres of petrol. For better mixing with the fuel, it is recommended to pour the additive into the tank just before refuelling.
