POLINI EVOLUTION KIT FOR VESPA 125 PRIMEVRA ET3 Polini has created an Evolution kit with rotary valve intake for Vespa 125 Primavera ET3. It has very high power characteristics in all conditions of use and in all types of competition. The "Evolution" kit with rotary valve intake can be mounted on all types of Vespa 125 with a crankshaft of the same size as the original. A Polini crankshaft code 210.0033 is also available with a connecting rod machined from solid, advanced and balanced to be mounted while maintaining the original 51mm stroke. In addition to the original manifold, it is possible to mount the Polini 2 or 3 hole manifolds based on your crankcase. A manifold has also been specially developed to be combined with the Polini PWK carburetors available in sizes 24/26/28. To obtain the maximum performance, it is recommended to assemble it with the new latest generation Polini Evolution 2 muffler, code 200.0291. However, assembly is also possible with the most famous Polini vintage mufflers, code 200.2025/S or 200.2025 in the approved version. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS The cylinder is cast in aluminum, with a 57mm bore diameter. The barrel with Nickel-Silicon coating improves piston sliding, wear and abrasion resistance. Very "racing" timing diagram. Six transfer ports. The piston, gravity cast in light alloy, is equipped with two chromed S10 cast iron segments. After machining, the piston is covered with a special molybdenum disulfide layer that improves sliding during the running-in phase. The head is cast in one piece and to increase heat dissipation additional fins have been created under the head plane. The compression ratio has been designed to obtain maximum performance.
